How to use

1. Cleanse and dry your face.
2. Adjust the straps and put the mask on.
3. Press and hold the button on the mask to switch it on, then choose your mode with the remote control (M button) or with a short press on the button.
4. Close your eyes and relax for 10 minutes: the mask switches off by itself.
5. Then apply your usual serum or cream.

Use it 3 to 4 times a week, 10 to 20 minutes per session. Before first use, do a one-minute test on your forearm.

FAQ

Is it safe for the eyes?
The eye openings are uncovered. Keep your eyes closed during the session and never look directly at the LEDs.

The mask seems off in mode M3. Is that normal?
Yes. Near-infrared light (850 nm) is invisible to the eye: the mask is working even if you see no light.

When will I see results?
The complexion often looks brighter after a few weeks. For anti-ageing effects, allow several weeks of regular use. Results vary from one skin to another.

Does it get hot or hurt?
No. At most you will feel a gentle, pleasant warmth, with no pain. If you feel any discomfort, stop the session.

How long does the battery last?
Around 90 minutes, which is several sessions. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours via USB-C (5 V / 1 A). The indicator is red while charging and green when the mask is fully charged. The mask cannot be used while charging.

How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a soft cloth lightly moistened with alcohol, then store it in its box. The mask is not waterproof: never immerse it in water and do not use it near a bathtub, shower or washbasin.

Who should not use it?
The mask is for adults only. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people who are photosensitive or epileptic, for people with an electronic medical device (such as a pacemaker), or on broken, irritated or sun-damaged skin. Do not combine it with acid-based or photosensitising skincare. If you have an illness, are under medical treatment, have a skin condition or have had recent injections (Botox, hyaluronic acid), ask your doctor first.
