Delivery area
We currently deliver to Switzerland only.

Delivery times
Your order ships from Switzerland and is delivered within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs
Delivery is free on every order.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is available so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery delays
If your delivery is significantly later than announced, please contact us at contact@reverasculpt.ch and we will keep you informed and find a solution.

Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the announced time, contact us quickly with your order number. We will find a suitable solution (reshipment or refund).
